Its type is induction, i.e. only the lower part of the pan is heated and not the entire hob, as a result of which the surrounding area remains cold to the touch. It uses less energy than other types of stoves and the cooking time is reduced by half. For example, water boils in less than 90 seconds. Its cleaning is very easy, since the area around the utensil remains cold, so anything spilled does not heat up and does not stick to the surface. A prerequisite for this type of hob is that the utensils must be compatible for induction hobs, i.e. made of stainless steel or cast iron, as we cannot use all types of utensils. Finally, if you have small children they are considered the safest option. Its function is autonomous, that is, it can work on its own without the need to connect it to an oven. This means that it can be placed in any part of the kitchen that serves you best. It is suitable for combination with a counter top oven, since the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the hobs.

The operation for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and by touch. All options are located at the bottom of the hob and are integrated into the surface. So all it takes to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.
